On December 26, 2022, at approximately 11:57 a.m., patrol officers were called to the 2200 block of Falls Road to investigate a found body.

Once there, officers observed the body of a male. Medics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office where the victim was identified as 22-year-old Darius Brockington (B/M). Doctors ruled the death to be a homicide, finding that the victim suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
