Northern District Shooting Investigation 

On October 4, 2024, at approximately 10:03 p.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Cottage Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. Short time later a male walked into an area hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound.

Upon arrival hospital, officers located a 34-year-old male victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right thigh. The victim is listed stable condition.
