On January 15, 2023, at approximately 8:29 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 6500 block of Reisterstown Road, in reference to an unresponsive male.

Once there, officers located 35-year-old Frank Guevara, unresponsive, at the location.

Medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.

The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office to determine the exact cause of death.
