On Dec. 26, 2023, at approximately 6:20 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Annabel Street to investigate a call for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 13-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he will receive treatment for his injury. Southern District Shooting detectives responded and have assumed control over this investigation.
