On January 18, 2023, at approximately 6:40 p.m., Southwest District officers were dispatched to the 3200 block of Kingsley Street to investigate a reported shooting. 

When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 15-year-old male suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the elbow. The victim was transported to an area hospital by ambulance. 

Southwest District Shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation.  Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2488.
