Detectives from our Warrant Apprehension Task Force need your help locating a murder suspect.

31-year-old Jamal Smith of the 1400 block of Forest Park Avenue is wanted for a murder and two attempted murders that occurred on June 16, 2022, in the 200 block of Redwood Street.  

On that date, Smith shot and killed Ryan Harris (25), and non-fatally shot two other adult males following a dispute.

A warrant was issued for Jamal Smith, charging him with 1st Degree Murder, two counts of 1st Degree Attempted Murder and various assault charges.

Smith has an additional open arrest warrant for aggravated assault.
