Western District Murder Arrest

On April 4, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Southwest District Action Team, Baltimore Community Intelligence Center (BCIC) and Foxtrot coordinated efforts to arrest a 15-year-old male in the 2800 block of Baker Street.

Investigators believe that the 15-year-old male is responsible for shooting six victims on March 23, 2023, in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue, one of whom is 33-year-old Ernest Hall, who died as a result of being shot.   

Detectives transported the suspect to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st Degree Murder, five counts of 1st Degree Attempted Murder and various handgun violations.
