On May 25, 2023, at approximately 7:30 a.m., Warrant Apprehension Task Force members arrested 22-year-old Darius Joyner of Baltimore at a residence in the 2000 block of Clifton Avenue.

Detectives believe that the 17-year-old suspect shot two 19-year-old males, killing one, later identified as 19-year-old Dabrae Edwards.

On June 13, 2023, at approximately 11:11 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 700 block of Poplar Grove Street in reference to a Shot Spotter alert.

In reference to the homicide that occurred on May 14, 2023, in the Eastern District, investigators have arrested 21-year-old Montrez Cherry-Braxton of Baltimore.
