On October 13, 2023, at approximately 3:16 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 1100 block of South Carey Street, for a report of a shooting.

On October 12, 2023, at approximately 6:01 p.m., officers patrolling the 5800 block of Belair Road encountered a vehicle accident with injuries.

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Western District on July 29, 2023, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested 41-year-old Michael Childs of Baltimore.
