In reference to the homicide that occurred on August 16, 2023, in the Southwest District, investigators have arrested 24-year-old Cedaria Luckey from Randallstown.

Acting Commissioner Richard Worley, Mayor Brandon M. Scott and State’s Attorney Ivan Bates announce that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of 32-year-old Jason Dean Billingsley, of Baltimore.

On September 22, 2023, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 32-year-old Sterling Coleman of Baltimore in the 3000 block of East Madison Street.
